If informal resolution fails, any unresolved dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) by its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Houston, Texas, United States. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties.
Both parties agree not to bring any claims in courts outside of the agreed-upon arbitration jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by and construed following the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
